This is the part of the process where all the individual tracks of each instrument and vocal, are just all recorded without sound processing at -6 db. $25 per hour session.

This is the level mixing of all the tracks and sound processing on them. $75 per mixing. The price on this is higher, as it can take a few days. First all the individual raw instrument and vocal tracks are just level mixed, before any sound  processing on them is done.

This is the sound processing of the whole mix in the master bus, of the multitrack software that the mixing is done in. This is where master sound processing  is done, to achieve a great final finished sound with  optimum loudness.  $35 per mastering.
